Health Food Restaurant

Our Health Food Restaurant serves food from 07:00am in the morning to 09:00pm at night.

We serve all kinds of health foods, raw food, diet shakes, energy snacks, full meals and run a Detox Program.

The Menu’s have been researched and put together by a Certified Nutritionist. We have also added to the dishes to increase the amount of Proteins, Vitamins & Minerals.

The foods we use are nutritionally dense. This means that they pack in more nutrients whilst containing less calories.

Breakfast

We have a range of different Breakfast options to choose from.

One of our most popular breakfast’s is our Muesli with organic bio-yogurt, oats and fresh fruit. This is a perfect way to start the day.

You’ve got your Carbohydrates from the oats and fruits. You’ve got some protein and efa’s from the yogurt and the whole thing is packed with vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.

You could also just start the day with a Nutrition Shake. Or, dig into your biggest meal of the day with a full plate of food. The choice is yours.

Lunch & Dinner

There are literally dozens and dozens of different dishes to choose from.

Each one guaranteed to contain all the essential nutrition for training and recovery.

People travel to our camp from all over the world, to live, eat and train. The foods we serve, are one of the biggest reasons that so many people have been able to lose weight living at our camp.

Eating like this and taking part in our training will force your body to burn through fat-stores and transform.

Fat Burning Diet

The foods we serve are highly effective at helping your body burn fat. The reason – because we avoid fast-carbohydrates like sugar and white carbs. We also use all organic and natural ingredients. These ingredients are more nutritionally dense so provide more nutrients with no empty-calories.
